I came in with a badly tangled knot in my hair and was worried that I would lose a lot of length. Stephanie was amazing, she was so reassuring throughout the whole appointment. I left the salon feeling really happy with the results. My hair looked lovely, and Stephanie managed to preserve my length while carefully removing the tangles. I would 100% recommend her and the salon!
