The salon was not clean, there was a dog on the seat and mess on the floor. Had to wait around 15 mins for her to cut the hair as she was running late - extremely unprofessional. Not friendly and welcoming.

Lovely and very welcoming environment. My comfort felt ensured and I was offered a drink and a back massager on the hair washing chair. Dee-Anna was an amazing hairdresser and cut my hair exactly how I wanted. Very good experience, can’t recommend enough! x
