I had the most incredible time at Untangled. For someone who feels a lot of anxiety around going to a new place, particularly for something as personal as my hair, I couldn't have been in better hands. Stephanie was so welcoming and immediately put me at ease. Her wealth of knowledge and expertise helped me not only have beautiful hair at my appointment, but also to develop a routine that helps preserve the health and appearance of my hair. Really excited for the next time I get to visit.

On my first visit to the salon, Stephanie worked miracles on my dull, dry, lockdown disaster hair. She made my little girl - who was shy at first - feel at ease by quickly forming a relationship and creating a ‘real life princess’, with the added touch of glitter.
