Steph and all of the team at untangled always go out of their way to make me feel so welcome and comfortable and I leave feeling incredible and like I don’t want to leave! Not to mention my hair looks and feels so beautiful! I cannot recommend Steph more, she is so wonderful!

What can I say Steph is the most amazing person , kind caring fantastically talented at her job , but more than that she is like family , you feel so welcome and wanted , she goes above and beyond making sure everything u need is done and makes u feel a million times better , she is beautiful inside out and I recommend her to everyone I see

I arrived at the salon with brown hair, plan was to go lighter. I've tried going blonde before and I know its a long process, previous salons have taken 3 attempts.
Steph however managed to do it in one! My hair looks amazing.
Obviously it was a longer visit (4hrs) but it was worth the time for it to be done right.
I wouldn't go anywhere else

Was recommended to try here, from the moment i stepped foot in the salon my experience was second to none. Steph understood everything i was trying to explain with issues with my hair, fitted me in at very short notice. A couple of days later my hair looks fabulous, best it ever has done. Cant thank Steph and her team enough, very highly recommended.
