Stephanie has been brilliant, very professional and yet friendly, suggested best treatments for my fine hair and gave me useful tips for aftercare and styling. Her salon looks fabulous and the atmosphere is very welcoming and warm. I would definitely recommend and will be back. Thank you!

This was my first time at the salon & I loved the experience. I'm usually not a fan of going to salons due to bad experiences in the past but the atmosphere at Untangled was so warm & welcoming. Emily was amazing & so reassuring, I think she could tell I was nervous & made me feel very at home & at ease straight away. My hair cut was exactly how I wanted it & Emily happily put some waves in my hair on her suggestion because she heard it was for my work Xmas party. Definitely will return. Amazing
