The salon was great and a really good vibe. They worked together fluently to make sure every customer got the best experience. The massage chair when you get your hair washed was a nice touch. My stylist was super friendly, helpful and precise. I’ve been in love with my haircut since, and she gave me some really good advice. Already got my next appointment booked!

I have never been in a salon and felt instantly at ease until I walked into Untangled. Every member of staff is friendly and welcoming and you feel valued from the second you walk through the door until the minute you leave.
Stephanie took the time to ensure I knew how to style my new hair, gave me tips to keep curls and made sure I left feeling like a princess.
I already can't wait to come back for my next hair cut, and hopefully get a colour booked in too. Thank you Stephanie x

Emily is the best hairdresser. I didn’t even think it was possible for my hair to look as good as she does it. She’s a pro! I trust her implicitly . She’s so so lovely, completely puts you at ease and makes you feel relaxed and like you’re spending time with a friend. The whole salon is lovely and everyone is really friendly. It’s not bitchy at all! Everyone just has a really good laugh and it’s such a pretty salon too! Love it here. 10/10 recommend!!
