I had Emily the junior. She was very polite and friendly . Emily was fully supervised by Samantha who was a patient,calm tutor and encouraged her. The colour is lovely and fresh. Emily blow dried my hair. Throughout she was considerate of my needs and comfort.

My first appointment with Steph, looking after me whilst Perri is on maternity leave. Steph made me feel as welcome and relaxed as always and went above and beyond to make sure I left on a tight timescale.
