Hairdresser is lovely but felt the salon was a bit shabby

Hairdresser didn’t listen to what I wanted, cut what she thought was a good idea. I don’t like the cut at all and it’s uneven on the sides. I am pretty low maintenance with my hair but it now takes about 45 minutes to style my hair instead of the 5 it used to take. Also, the salon itself is dark, dingy, a bit grubby and very strangely decorated. It was about half the price of my usual cut, now I know why! If you like a little glamour and pampering when you get your haircut don’t go here.

A no frills haircut. Usually enjoy the head massage whilst shampooing but wash seemed rushed. Also no products used at the end or before hairdrying. Cut is good though and staff were friendly.

The entire experience was Magical. I could not have asked for more, Ernesta was a Dream! Even though I was running late, she was friendly & so understanding on the phone...on meeting her, was welcoming & REAL. Also enjoyed meeting Marley. My last visit to my regular salon ended in feeling retraumatised & I am Grateful to have discovered Unparalled 145, (via Treatwell), it was definitely worth travelling from Brighton for the right Hair Connection! Thank you :)
