Absolutely lovely! Ernie is so chilled and welcoming and I felt much more comfortable than I normally do in a salon. I hadn't done anything with my hair in a few years and she explained every step of the way. She treated everyone in the salon like family and even popped next door to grab me a beer while I waited for my hair to lighten. Definitely would recommend and go back :)
