The salon is low key, with random pieces of art and smells like it doesn’t have enough airflow. All fine - I don’t need a posh experience and aside from the smell it had character. However, that doesn’t mean it needs to be unclean. The robe put on me was covered in the hair of the previous customer and I was bombarded with a gross looking brush covered in talc to get rid of hairs on my face without being asked. I didn’t feel listened to. Ernie insisted things be done her way and now I’m left with a terrible haircut that looks like a bad mullet. Avoid this place. Oh she also got water in my ears several times when sloppily washing my hair.
