My appointment was delayed by over 15 minutes because the hairdresser (there is only one) was still cutting the previous customers hair. Completely appreciate sometimes things run over but there was no acknowledgment and no apology. When I flagged the delay (I was on my lunch break so didn't have a lot of spare time) the hairdresser then apologised and said that she didn't wear a watch so wasn't aware of the time! A clock on the wall would help solve this problem. When cutting my hair she actually cut the two sides different lengths and again I had to flag this, which was pretty concerning. The end result was thankfully fine once that had been fixed, but would personally not return again.
