A bit unprofessional. They called me to try to delay my appointment by 2 hours which I couldn't do, so I requested they just cancelled my appointment and refunded me instead. Then all of a sudden (once I mentioned refund) they had availability and didn't need to cancel my appointment anymore.

Gorgeous nails, they have an amazing selection of beautiful colours! Also got really great brow threading and tinting and LVL.
