Went for a gel nail removal which totally wrecked my nails. Bits of my nail was taken off by the machine used and nails are now left thin and brittle. Gel polish also remains. The lady rushed the process despite the fact that there was only one customer in the shop who was already being attended to.

first experience getting an actual facial treatment and i don’t regret it at all. whole experience was 10/10 and I’ll definitely be booking in again.
