I went in their with a knot as big as a ballon in my shoulders
Advised Ruth just go for it, which she did
Next day I felt I had been in a fight with the Incredible Hulk and obviously lost .
2 days later this is the best relief I have had for months
I have never had a deep tissue massage where I felt the burn and Ruth explained it was blood flowing to the affected area. This experience has to be the best deep tissue massage I have received and I will continue to return keep this up

Ruth was very friendly and welcoming; I immediately felt at ease. Ruth was highly professional but in a friendly manner and is clearly an excellent therapist. I left feeling invigorated and much less stressed. Definitely recommend a visit here and I will certainly be booking another massage. Thank you Ruth.
