Absolutely terrible experience. Be clear that you may not even receive your money or the service you book. I went in on Friday and booked on treatwell. I reached the salon and they were closing up. They said they can’t accommodate as they closing even though they usually close late they were closing early. To help they would book me for another day. This was today and I contacted salon to confirm my appointment and they said they couldn’t accommodate me again. Refund not provided either.
