I cannot fault the ladies at the hair salon. Jehan was so informative and gave me great advice. She asked what I wanted and told me what would work or not. And she was right! Very experienced and knowledgeable and was wonderful to chat with too. Lucia also is a credit to you. She knew exactly how to treat my child’s hair. And also gave great suggestions and ideas. Nothing bad to say and will defo be back again.

My hairdresser was off & I tried the unit 37. I had a hair cons. with Lucia which went well, she kindly adviced me on what shade to use & booked me for toning with Jahan. I explained the same thing to Johan - slightly tone down my freshly done highlights & NOT to lift my natural unbleached brown hair. The end result:my natural hair is now lighter, light brown reddish, which I hate it and the highlights are barely visible. Please listen to your clients if you don't understand ask more questions.
