Decent haircut for the money so acceptable value for money but an odd experience overall. I was the only client in the place and despite there being about 5-6 employees present I had to wait 10 mins for someone to walk in off the street to cut my hair, then they had the gall to say, “Ready when you are” and when I commented that I had been ready for 10 mins they said “Yeah I had something to do over there”. Not a word was exchanged between us. I won’t be going back.

In my case a total failure, at first my eyelashes looked very good however from day 2 they have been falling off, after 5 days I have left only a few, on top of everything I am loosing my own eyelashes and realised that in some I had 2 eyelashes extensions in one lash…Despite this inconvenience in general Sara was great
