I had my nail polish removed and the base layer was growing out - clearly showing my nail polish hadn’t been removed properly. I went back to get this removed and they charged me for the removal again, which is clearly unacceptable considering the removal cost should only be one payment for the service I would expect. Secondly, they had removed too much of my nail along with the base layer and my nails have thinned down a lot when they were extremely strong nails compared to normal and never usually break. So I won’t be visiting again and really unhappy with this service.

I booked the haircut for my husband before our wedding day and he looked so handsome. The hairstyle that Alex U gave to him was really great! My husband loved it too. It was rare that he liked other people cutting his hair apart from me.
