I had such an amazing experience at this salon! Charmaine was absolutely fantastic — she made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived and communicated with me throughout the entire appointment to make sure I was okay. Her professionalism and friendly nature really helped put me at ease.
She took her time and paid so much attention to detail, which I really appreciated. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and wants the best results for her clients.
