Worst waxing experience ever - equipment was broken and inadequate. The wax machine wouldn’t heat up the wax and a 45 minute treatment took over 2 hours. Wax was awful quality and now have burn scars which I had to go to the pharmacist for to get prescribed medication to treat the injuries. Would never recommended and will never be coming back. Absolutely awful.

The waxing experience took a long time over 45 mins, I left with lots of patches of wax and hair left. Therapist was lovely but the results were not as expected
