Charmaine was so attentive and gentle! I was telling her how I am looking for a new wax lady as my previous has moved away and I have been struggling to find. I will definitely be coming back as I've never had a wax like this in 8 years! She was so careful with the temperature, she checked in on me and was so attentive with any sparse hairs / ingrown hairs. I have had such soft skin and not itchy/red as I usually do. Highly highly recommend and I have already told everyone about her to go asap!
