My initial booking got rescheduled which kind of messed my day up abit but that was fine however when I got to the salon I was told it was at their other store which I wasnt informed of before and was abit annoying as I ha drove past it on the way. Gels should stopped being advertised at this location since they dont do it here anymore (what i was told when i arrived). My gels are nice however abit patchy/opaque even tho its a dark colour. Im happy with them as it was a deal but not the best. The salon could do with some music or the radio for some ambience.

My appointment was moved to the Welham Green Unique salon but was requested in enough time so wasn’t a problem at all for me! When I arrived, the staff were so welcoming and friendly, offered me a drink and gave me nail colours to choose from and we chatted as there were not other clients. Unfortunately my manicurist was running about 30 minutes late but was very apologetic and offered me another drink and kept me as comfortable as possible while I waited. The actual manicure was really quick but still done very well and the lady doing them (I believe her name was Sophie?) was really friendly and chatty and made it an enjoyable experience. The only thing I would change would be a few nails could’ve been painted a touch closer to the cuticle but honestly I was so in love with the colour and application I am really happy with them!

First time at Unique Salon. Debbie T was lovely, very welcoming and knowledgeable. Had a wash, cut and blow dry. Would defo recommend and I will go back 😊
