The place is a bit rough around the edges and I didn't get the sense that cleanliness was a major priority but the wax was thorough and the staff were nice.

The staff were friendly. However the place didn’t come across as very professional. No music/ambience, no one asked if water temperature was comfortable during hair wash or if I wanted two shampoos. Salons usually ask these kinds of questions. The place didn’t look clean and there was food/used coffee cups lying around. The blow dry was average and didn’t hold for the rest of the day even though it usually does given the type of hair I had. I get the impression from the other review that this place may be good for waxing but I don’t recommend it for hair. Shame as the staff tried to please but there is room for improvement.
