I visited today for a full head of highlights, cut and blowdry and was was looked after by a lovely lady called Kamilla and I have to say I could not fault her or the salon one bit! She spent alot of time on my hair and was very attentive throughout my whole time there. Her highlighting technique was a bit different to what I'm used to but the finished result absolutely blew me away! The colour is perfect and the cut was just what I asked for. I felt like a million bucks walking out of the place :) Thank you Kamilla, you have gained a new client!

I went for a consultation and was lucky enough to get a spot to get hair color and a trim.The staff were so professional and really know about natural hair.

I was unimpressed in general with the welcome I received at the salon. The lady at the reception was wearing earphones and seemed uninterested in treating me like a customer! I also had to ask for drinks during the hair treatment and there wasn't much of an ambience either. The colour has also been disappointing and in total the highlights took almost 3.5 hours which was far longer than expected.

I am so lucky to have chosen Unique Star, Westhamstead to have my hair done for our son's wedding in H.T.B., London recently. Camilla was my stylist, she is Fantastic. She asked about the occasion, my outfit, setting etc. I brought along the headpiece to have her see it too so she could work with its style. Without doubt, Camilla gave me the best wash & blow dry I have ever got. It lasted all day, through the celebrations and dancing. I wish she was in my local salon and I'd be so happy to have her work on my hair regularly. She's a talented hair stylist. A gem. I haven't met anyone as good.
I found unique star by accident and I am glad I did.Very nice Salon, 6 months without having a hair-cut and color waiting to find the right place, here I am before i know it had the best cut ever for so long and not to mention the most friendly atmosphere in a salon u can experience,on my second visit i had to take my friend with me, we left the place with a big smile, she loved her new look and she thought the place was so cousy and friendly above all excellent service, a must try experience :)....thanks everyone. A***** Best Hair Service in area.
