I really don’t want to leave a negative review because Zoe was lovely. However I had to get another hair cut today to fix my hair, it was very uneven when I got home and checked it, and the hairdresser today found long bits poking out and said it was cut very badly. I have had to spend double ££ to get what I wanted in the first place.

First time I’d been to the hairdresser after lock down. The salon had all the correct procedure in place and Zoe was very welcoming and made me feel relaxed. I had a lot of split ends because I hadn’t had my hair cut in a while and had a go at trimming it myself. There was no judgment, Zoe listened to what I wanted and checked back in with me a few times during the cut to make sure I was getting exactly what I’d asked for. There was no ego there, if I asked her to do something she just did it.
