Well when you arrive and the first thing you get told is that you should not have booked a mini facial but the full one to have the full effect it definitely starts bad and when you come out looking like someone punched you because the products were so irritating it’s from start to finish quite a bad experience. Also there was no explanations on what was being applied, total silence during the session. Would not recommend.

Great location, great haircut and lovely people. Opted for a dry haircut (never had before) and they did dampen it with some water and gave it a dry at the end. Would book again!!
