Eva was really nice. However, the wax was too hot and left a really sticky residue that lasted for days. No privacy given when dressing and undressing, and the room was cleaned as I was still picking up my belongings.

Eva was amazing!! Fastest wax I have ever gotten. I did underarms as well so I was a bit confused by the other comment about the extra cost as when I booked it did say Hollywood does not include that. She was again super fast. Best around!

I was charged extra for underarms, even though it's in the description of the service I have bought, but I believe Eva when she said that I haven't paid for that. What's more I wasn't even informed that there will be an extra cost and I don't have hairs there.
