Disappointing experience, unfortunately, and I definitely won't be going back. The professional was not gentle, I'd even call her rough at times which is not what you want for a bikini wax. I have paid extra for hot wax - and it was hardly used, she mainly used strip wax but also a roll-on wax applicator without cleaning it before or after use. When strip wax was used, she continuously left the wooden sticks on my legs meaning I had wax everywhere.
