I had volume lash extensions done at Hely Beauty and I’m absolutely in love with the results. The lashes look full, fluffy, and perfectly done without feeling heavy. The staff were incredibly professional and made me feel so comfortable throughout. The salon was clean, cozy, and I’ll definitely be returning again! 💕

The staff does not seem sufficiently skilled to perform the service to the expected standards. During my shellac manicure with removal, the technician was unable to properly remove my previous shellac colour, and the manicure itself was poorly executed. I was dissatisfied with the result and decided not to proceed with the colouring. I will now need to visit another technician to have it corrected.
