I went in wanting a very very short haircut but was told after the my hair wash that the salon didn’t have any clippers or the right tools to be able to give me a very short hair cut which I wasn’t happy with. So essentially I just came out with a trim rather than a haircut which I wasn’t really happy with. If I had been told on the phone whilst making the appointment that they would not be able to do what I needed them to do I would not have gone in as essentially I wanted a proper haircut.

I am so impressed with my eyebrows. Kerry is a perfectionist and very skilled. My only wish is that I had them done years ago.
