I was really nervous before waxing as I hadn't done it before. I saw Manisha who immediately made me feel welcome and at ease.
She explained what was going to happen before she did anything, and had me help stretch my skin so she could wax me with minimal pain.
Every time she did a section, she allowed me some breathing time and focused on a different area, which I really appreciated.
She asked if I wanted to also wax my stomach (yes) or arms (no), I liked the heads up and wasn't offended.
