Just lacked a few interpersonal skills with instructive language like get on the bed rather than saying hi please come get on the coach etc which made experience feel a bit off. And I don’t like the way they blow on the wax to cool it down before it is applied as this can’t be hygienic. Especially since covid I don’t want peoples breath going onto wax that will be applied on my face.
Other than that got what I needed done quickly and was cheap so guess you get what you pay for.
