Katherine is absolutely amazing I would highly recommend going to her for anything beauty related.
The only issue I had wasn't with Kathrine but with the temperature of the salon. I understand that it's a historic building and there are lots of limitations. However it was so cold in the salon that the acrylic struggled to set. Katherine remained 100% professional throughout these issues. I think that heating solutions need to be looked at as nobody should be working in conditions that cold!!

Absolutely fabulous as always!! 1st time waxing my eyebrows and Catherine did a great job but also really put me at ease! She’s my go to beautician and massage therapist!! Always makes me feel special and remembers things between appointments!
