The beautician was very friendly but glued by eyelashes/lids together.. spent about half an hour dissolving it off.. then glued them together again.. meaning I had to go through the whole painful process again. And then broke a mirror. Eyelashes looked good when I left (for a night out) but didn’t look good for long and I removed them myself after a few days. Usually I travel much further for good quality 1:1 eyelashes and have zero problems :) I guess I’ll be doing that for the foreseeable future. The beautician was nice and apologised for my experience at the time (and I didn’t complain) but in hindsight I shouldn’t have paid, because it was genuinely awful.
I’m really pleased with my manicure. It was my first visit to Unique Beauty & Ink, the therapist was friendly and professional, the salon calm and welcoming, I’m happy to recommend it.
Loved the massage from start to finish, Lucy gave great customer service and I have rebooked and will do once a month going forward. I feel soo relaxed and would highly recommend 😍
