I was worried that due to location this might be a "production line" experience but in fact it was the opposite. It could be the pedi I've had so far and Lucy was delightful. I felt valued as a customer and the ambience (in a very old Shambles building ) was fabulous too
The therapist was absolutely amazing. I’ve had many massages but this was easily the best one, I felt so relaxed afterwards!
