I came with quite a tricky idea of what I wanted. Katherine did a really good job and was determined to get exactly what I'd asked for. She wasn't 100% happy with the outcome but I thought she'd done a smashing job and think my nails look fab! She did say if I change my mind to give her a ring and she would do something different with them. Just shows how good the service is and how dedicated Katherine is to good quality, well-done nails!

Great eyebrow threading treatment with Lucy who was really friendly. Nice comfortable private room. Only thing that confused me was where the room is as there is no signage- it’s on the first floor!
