I have got my brows waxed here twice in total and both times Katherine was lovely and shaped my brows very well and fairly quick. However, unfortunately, the 2nd time I went, she burnt/ripped my skin whilst waxing. It has been over 2 days and I still have 2 very noticeable scabs on my face, one under each eyebrow. I have been waxing my brows for years and have never experienced this before.
