I went in for a cut and colour. Had to pay £15 extra for long hair, cash only. She wouldn’t let me have the time that I booked through Treatwell so I had to come in earlier.
The colour hasn’t covered my greys which was the whole reason I went. She also didn’t give me the chance to choose the colour from a swatch so it’s slightly off from what I wanted. The cut is horrible, she cut into my layers when I didn’t want that and now my hair isn’t sitting right at all. She also hadn’t blended them properly so I have jagged edges! Wouldn’t go back.
