I had my upper lip waxed and some other treatments. The beautician pulled a strip of skin off my upper lip which makes me look like I have a bad cold sore. I refused to pay for my treatments and they conceded, the manager was very concerned but I was told by the girl doing the procedure I should stick to threading. I have very fine blonde hair and feel this should have never have happened.
