Facial was rushed, and really rough there was only one member of staff who was doing the facial so she had to keep leaving the room to talk to other customers during my facial, one customer tried to come in the room the therapist kept banging the bed where my head was every time she got up which was a awful lot, not relaxing at all I was left on my own in room for over 10 minutes with mask on then was told I hadn’t paid for my wowcher which I had proof of, would not recommend and would not go back, very disappointed ☹️

The staff are very friendly and the shop will eventually be lovely once the construction is over. The wax did the job of removing the hair but unfortunately the procedure was the most painful experience during and after for a number of days. Despite this it was well priced for a Hollywood wax.
