Harpreet didnt do my lash
Went to do lash lift and my lashes were not lifted.. i have been coming here 2 years and no issues the one time someone else does my lashes there are issues. My lady is sick so i wnt to someone else and it was terrible. First time no lift.. so she redone and it was still bad i dont kno if she missed steps or product but i was ther 2 hours! Had even text the manager in regards to service and did not receive a response. Staff need to learn to do LVL

Don't recommend going there for nail treatments. The lady was friendly and nice but I don't think she knows how to remove the gel nails properly. The state of my nails got so bad...I will go somewhere else to get them fixed.

Asked for a hair wash as had come from the gym, proceeded to cut my hair dry & dirty, took off 3+ inches when I asked for 1inch, my hair isn’t long so makes big difference. Caught my piercings on both sides and I had to get them replaced the next day
