Terrible experience. I was told to wait in an empty salon with no staff for over an hour. I wasted my Sunday, I had to walk out. I had an event and I couldn’t even have my hair done because of their unprofessional treatment of me which impacted my evening. The women didn’t come and check on me. They should be shut down.

The lady was nice but she didn't know what she was doing - I booked a soak off, yet they just filed down my nails so thinly I got a fungus infection a few days after.
