Extremely disappointed. Management is never there and so rude and does not even offer an alternative. Does not want to take any responsibility for anything. The lady doing the wax was all by herself she was rushing everything and every customer. So many people were complaining. Waste of money. WILL NOT BE RETURNING AGAIN.

Arrived and she didn't even know I was coming. She also lied and said they had only just opened. Throughout the mani/pedi she did 2 people's eyebrow threading and didn't even check if it was ok. My toes she didn't trim the nails or sort the cuticles at all, just scrubbed my feet which were then sore after. On my hands she shaped them badly and unevenly and put zero effort into the cuticles because she was on the phone. No gel polish as advertised. Would not recommend.

The salon was very difficult to find. Upon finding it the lady came down and didn't even know the treatment I had paid for. I had to let her know it was a manicure and gel. Even so there was no filling of my nails. The actual feel polish was sloppy, leaving paint on my fingers whilst somehow not covering my entire nail at the sides.

Facial was rushed, and really rough there was only one member of staff who was doing the facial so she had to keep leaving the room to talk to other customers during my facial, one customer tried to come in the room the therapist kept banging the bed where my head was every time she got up which was a awful lot, not relaxing at all I was left on my own in room for over 10 minutes with mask on then was told I hadn’t paid for my wowcher which I had proof of, would not recommend and would not go back, very disappointed ☹️
