Terrible! Clearly has no idea what a Brazilian wax is, just chucked wax all over me! Didn’t even have a clue what she was doing, had to show her where she had still left wax on! Utterly incompetent, plus the place is grim, do not recommend at all.

Booked to have a child hair cut, the person who cut my daughter’s hair was definitely not a hairdresser, the hair cut was the worst I have ever seen. You could tell by the way she was just snipping at the hair randomly she wasnt Trained.
I asked for my money back as I had to take my daughter else where to get it corrected, they refused. I still have not received my money back and they are rude and unhelpful and even hung up on me when I rung up asking for my money back.
Avoid at all cost!!

I cannot say enough good things about the ladies who work here - all amazing - but the salon is often cold which is not ideal for waxing! If the place was a little cozier I’d happily come with friends
