I have frizzy thick hair ,not everyone can cut my hair but Aman dared to cut my hair ,a d I was pleased with the experience. She is very professional, polite and skilled. Absolutely recommend my friends too to come to Unique parlour

Despite booking over the phone and getting a confirmation that day and a reminder the day before , when I turned up for my appointment they had no knowledge of my appointment and asked me to go to Romford which I couldn’t as I had another appointment after . I had to come back the next day which was not really convenient .

Well this was a strange experience. The fact that this salon is on Brentwood Highstreet is bizarre in itself given the state of the salon when you walk in. You'd be thinking boutique, clean, welcoming, due to the location. However, it's dingy, tierd, outdated, messy and looks rundown.
The lady at the desk seemed shocked when I walked in and had no idea of the appointment I'd booked, nor that I had prepaid on Treatwell.
The cut was basic and the lady seem unconfident.
