My eyelashes were pulled out, glued together pretty much entirely and my eye was red and stinging from being full of glue. several times I had to ask the technician not to keep using a tweezer on my open eye. I've had my lashes done loads of times before at several different places and this was the worst place by a mile.

Lovely staff and good quality pedi/mani. But busy location, so lots of drop in people asking for treatments. Wasn’t an issue for me, but a woman who had an appointment had to wait 45 minutes.
