Booked manicure and pedicure. Turned up and they were eating in the back, came through and seemed surprised there was a booking.
Not possible to have a pedicure as machine not working. Could do manicure but would charge £15 to file nails plus polish. They had a very small selection of gel nail colours after initially saying they didn’t do Gel polish. Totally unprofessional

when i walked in and explained i had an appointment the woman didn't know about it and then when i explained it was for waxing she decided to thread instead. by this point i was so uncomfortable i sat through it and left. Didnt even get my full treatment that i had booked, i will not be going back again.
