They have no sense of professionalism. Appointment time is not followed. They do not provide services as advertised. Absolutely awful service.

Booked manicure and pedicure. Turned up and they were eating in the back, came through and seemed surprised there was a booking.
Not possible to have a pedicure as machine not working. Could do manicure but would charge £15 to file nails plus polish. They had a very small selection of gel nail colours after initially saying they didn’t do Gel polish. Totally unprofessional
