I had an infill appointment booked for yesterday at 1pm and could not attend last minute due to an emergency. I tried calling 4 times (twice before 10am, once before lunch and once after the appointment would have been), left two voicemails and also sent an email and have not yet received a reply.
I have recommended the lashes to many friends as they look amazing and have lasted so well, however the contact system needs to be improved. I am keen to reschedule but cannot discuss this if no one picks up the phone or emails.
