When I arrived I was treated by Sam, she is very welcoming, engaging and lovely. The whole experience was a just a treat, it took around 2 hours for her to do the treatment. She made sure I was at ease and comfort throughout the experience. Before having the lash extensions done, she did a patch test on me to make sure I was not allergic to any of the materials used, and after the treatment she explained the aftercare routine very clearly. Ever since the treatment, everyone I have met have complimented my lashes and the quality of the work.I had a wonderful time getting my lashes done and I would 100% recommend Sam to everyone.

Sam was lovely. I arrived a little earlier and she was curtious enough to let me in to begin the treatment. My wax barely took 30 minutes, but she is such a lovely chatty woman, the time flys with her. She will make you feel very comfortable and her services are 5*. Will defintley come back.

I always chickened out and cancelled my bikini waxes last in the past before finding Sam. Very professional and comforting. She makes it as painless as possible! I now go back every 6 weeks
