Terrible. The salon was closed when I arrived for my appointment. Salon was supposed to open at 9am, my appointment was at 11am. What a waste of my time. No contact from the salon.

Loved my brow lamination, it was exactly what I was looking for. The salon itself was clean, inviting and had loads of space. Claudia herself was lovely who took great care of me and I could tell had great attention to detail.

Showed up on time and the shop was closed. I’ve tried calling them and I’ve messaged them on Instagram, no response since. This seems to be a habit as many other reviewers have had the same problem it seems!
